Management Team

Calin holds both a Bachelor degree in Engineering, as well as a BS in Marketing & Commerce from the University of Transylvania in Brasov, to which he still added a MA in Human Resource Management, as well as Certificate of the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council), making him also a DGNB registered professional in Sustainable and economically efficient building.

He moved to Russia in 2008 for Astron Buildings, part of the Swedish Lindab Group, and built himself an excellent reputation in the market, which, after 8 ½ years lead to him bring head hunted by PNK Group, Russia’s largest logistics real estate developer, to head their industrial division. For another 5 years he  did  residential development, capital construction and fit-out with Kadeon. He is currently a shareholder in several other companies in the development & construction sphere and can look back at a 12 year track record with over 30 industrial and 3 residential projects completed.

He was a board member of the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce from 2015-2019, is an AIESEC Alumni and is the Chairman of the Committee of Industrial Construction at the Association of Industrial Parks in Russia.

Calin holds both Romanian and German citizenship.

Coming from over 25 year in Logistics & Supply Chain, of which the last 15 years in Russia for FERRERO Russia (as of Nov 1995), in 2010 Peter moved into Industrial Park Development (DEGA AG) and Decentralised Energy within DEGA AG , followed by E.ON Connecting Energies, the latter as General Manager for Russia.

For the past 3 years working as Independent Integration Consultant in the sphere of Industrial Development & Construction, as well as Decentralised Energy.

Chairman of the Expert Council of the Odintsovo Chamber of Commerce & Industry / Member of the Expert Council of the Strategy Foundation / Threefold Ambassador / Executive Director BNI Russia.

Peter is a German Citizen.
